All over Nigeria there are downtrodden widows everywhere. High Chief Gift Okonu Foundation cares about their welfare and goes the extra mile to help them lead a better life.
We have given aids to over 5000 Widows chiefly in Rivers and Abia States. These aids enable them establish their businesses and fend for their families in the absence of their husbands.
We also have successfully acquired a home for the less privileged in need of critical care and support. Our widow support program falls under our organization’s care initiative.
